This Privacy Policy describes how 4D Unlimited, LLC ("4D Unlimited," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains information in connection with the 4D Unlimited company website, whether accessed through 4du.ai, fourdu-web.web.app, or another address we use to make the same website available (the "Site").
To the extent applicable law uses the term "controller," 4D Unlimited, LLC is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site. It does not apply to any game, application, product, or service that may be offered by 4D Unlimited under a separate privacy notice, or to any third-party website or service linked from the Site.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
The Site does not contain an account system or contact form. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and any name, company information, message content, attachments, or other information you choose to provide. Please do not send sensitive personal information by email unless it is necessary for your request.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 ("Google Analytics") to understand how visitors use the Site, but only if you select "Allow analytics" in the Site's analytics choices. Until you allow analytics, the Google Analytics tag does not load, no analytics request is sent to Google, and Google Analytics cookies are not created by the Site. If you select "No thanks" or do not make a choice, analytics remains off.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may collect or derive information such as the page visited, date and time of the visit, referring page, session statistics, browser and device type, operating system, approximate geographic location, and a pseudonymous client identifier.
A visitor's Internet Protocol address is transmitted to Google when an analytics request is made. Google states that Google Analytics 4 uses the address to derive approximate location information and for data-center routing, then discards it before the address is logged in Google Analytics.
Hosting and security information
The Site is hosted through Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Google and our hosting infrastructure process ordinary HTTP request information necessary to deliver and protect the Site. This may include an Internet Protocol address, requested resource, referring page, browser or device information, date and time, response status, and diagnostic or security information.
The Site does not itself provide user accounts, accept payments, or collect information through forms. The Site stores your analytics choice in your browser's local storage so it can honor that choice on later visits. The stored value records only whether analytics is allowed or denied. The Site does not otherwise use browser local storage or session storage as of the effective date above.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through the Site to:
- operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Site;
- understand Site traffic and usage at an aggregate level;
- respond to inquiries and communicate with you;
- protect our rights, systems, users, and the public; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We use providers that host, secure, analyze, or support the Site and our business communications, including Google Analytics and Firebase Hosting.

We do not sell personal information.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to respond to communications, maintain business records, secure the Site, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention of data processed by Google Analytics and Firebase is governed by our service settings and Google's applicable retention policies. Aggregated or deidentified information may be retained where it no longer reasonably identifies an individual.
7. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You can allow, decline, or later change optional analytics through the Site's analytics control. Use "Privacy choices" in the footer to reopen it. The Site remains available if analytics is off.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information concerning you, or to opt out of certain processing. You may submit a request by emailing privacy@4du.ai. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.
If we deny a privacy request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or by emailing the same address with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
8. Information Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is a general company-information website and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, please contact us so that we may take appropriate action.
10. International Processing
4D Unlimited is based in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws where you live.
